SRAN Personal Data Protection Service

The Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) is a law designed to protect personal data that individuals and organizations must comply with. Its purpose is to enhance the credibility of personal data management measures in Thailand, aligning them with international standards and regulations such as GDPR. Service Steps

Data Survey & Review

Gather and review information through questionnaires and interviews regarding the processes and methods of collecting, using, disclosing, and transferring personal data. Assess whether these practices comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Vulnerability Assessment

Scan for vulnerabilities in critical systems to evaluate the risk associated with devices that store personal data. Analyze traffic logs using traffic data collection devices to assess risks, monitor threats, and analyze network traffic within the organization (if SRAN equipment is installed).

Guidelines & Practices

Provide recommendations and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations, agreements, and policies related to the PDPA.

Summary Report and Recommendations

Summarize findings and provide recommendations for adjustments to align with the PDPA in a comprehensive report.

Training PDPA

Conduct training to raise awareness about the importance of personal data protection and compliance with the PDPA.
